- 1 bag of baby spinach
- 4 pieces of salmon
- 4 avocados
- 4 tablespoon of lemon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- handful of cilantro

- 4 hamburger buns (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
- Pour olive oil, some salt, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice on the salmon, and cook until well done (about 20-25 minutes).
- Make guacamole by mashing the four avocados and adding the remain lemon juice, salt, and cilantro to it.
- Either serve on a plate or put on a bun.
