Well, tonight dinner was just straight up delicious.  We made grilled chicken and veggies with whole wheat cous cous.  Yum.  But, I also decided that I wanted to attempt to make my first ever balsamic reduction sauce.  So, I put 2 cups of balsamic vinegar in a saucepan, put the stove on medium heat, and waited until it boiled.  Easy enough.  Then, I turned the temperature down to a simmer and waited, and waited, and waited.  And waited.  The vinegar kept reducing smaller, and smaller, but I didn't see it getting any thicker.  So i waited some more.  Finally I looked it up on the internet and decided to put it in the fridge to see if it would condense.  But it didn't.  I don't know, maybe it would have if I had been more patient.  I am definitely going to try again soon!  If anybody has any tips on the balsamic reduction sauce, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE comment and teach me your ways.  Thank you so much!
