Today has been another low key, relaxation day.  It was burning hot outside, too hot for the beach to be any fun unless you were in the water.  So we decided to stay inside.  And we just hung out, reading books and stuff like that.  And then, we actually had to think about what we wanted to eat for dinner.  Well, none of us felt like going to the grocery store or preparing a huge feast, so we looked through our cabinets, and there was some quinoa.  So dinner was quinoa with pasta sauce and cheese.  Simple, but delicious.
Since that dinner wasn't too exciting, I'm going to add in another of my favorite snacks.
These are the BEST.  I eat them plain, with salsa, guacamole, hummus, black bean dip, every way you can imagine.  You can get a 12-pack from Amazon.  They also make these in a bunch of other delicious flavors, my favorites are plain, sea salt, and cheddar (I actually haven't tried the other kinds, but I bet they are scrumptious.  So try them out!  You wont't b
