Ok, this may sound weird, but I made my own graham crackers.  Why you may ask?  That's so random you may say.  But I made them for a specific purpose.  I am making pumpkin pie today, and I really wanted to have a fancy crust for it.  Why didn't I use store bought graham crackers?  Why am I making another pumpkin pie in the summer?  I don't know.  It was a challenge to make them.  They look delicious though, and I think they will work fantastically for my crust.  So don't make any judgements.  I'll post the pie later and you will all see.
