Ok, so last night I was searching the internet for something yummy to make for dessert. Then, I stumbled upon the blog Chocolate Covered Katie. Wow. Everybody look at this blog because she makes the most delicious, for the most part pretty healthy, desserts. And when I found these homemade Oreos, I couldn't resist trying them. When I first started making them, I had low hopes. It just seemed wrong to be able to recreate something as good as the Oreo in my own home. But the the cookies finished baking, and when you are baking cookies, it is your duty to eat one of the cookies no matter what. So I ate one. And then I cried because these cookies were so wonderful. Now I will never buy Oreos ever again. I will just make these beautiful cookies. Please, please, please try these they changed my life and I think they will change yours too. I don't have a picture, unfortunately (let's just say i wasn't great at putting the Oreo together), but you have to trust me on this! Thank you!
