Sorry for not posting yesterday!  I've been a little behind.  So today I will describe for you the Minestrone Soup that we made two nights ago for our dinner.  Well, as usual, it was delicious.
It has vegetable broth, tomatoes, garlic, carrots, onions, celery, black pepper, dried oregano, fresh basil, a pinch of salt, tomato paste, chickpeas, kidney beans, and corn.  As you can see, it was EXTREMELY fresh and delicious, and everybody loved it.  It was super easy to make in the blender.  Then, you can either chill it or heat it on the stove.
Ok, this is sort of a double post because I am going to tell you about the Farmer's Market too!  Today we got there super early, like the minute it opens early.  And it was already packed, people everywhere trying to frantically get their beloved blueberry pies before they were all out.  Well, we got into the line where they sell the blueberry pies, completely not expecting to get a blueberry pie, hoping instead for a mere breakfast cookie.  But, SURPRISE!  There was ONE pie left!  And we got it!  It looks absolutely delicious and I can't wait to eat it all up!  Yummy yummy!
