Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 cups fresh peach slices
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ground cinnamon to taste
Directions:
- Melt butter in 13’’ x 9’’ pan
- Mix all dry ingredients (1/2 cup sugar) with milk
- Pour batter over melted butter
- Boil the peaches with the second ½ cup of sugar and lemon juice
- Add cinnamon as desired
- Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes
